Fueling Brains Academy seeks passionate Level 3 educators for our West 85th Campus. In this leadership role, you will enhance children's learning experiences via developmentally appropriate practices and mentoring approaches. Whether guiding through structured, inquiry-driven, or physical literacy-focused curricula, each classroom environment is designed for meaningful growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a homeroom with engaging learning experiences

• Plan curriculum aligned with Montessori or Reggio frameworks

• Facilitate individual and small-group learning activities

• Support children's development in self-regulation and problem-solving

• Mentor Group Educators and maintain classroom standards

Requirements:

• Alberta Level 3 Early Childhood Educator Certification

• Minimum 2 years working with preschool-aged children

• Experience planning early learning curriculum

• Strong classroom management and organizational skills

• Ability to adapt programming to children's individual needs
