As a full-time Behavior Strategist, you will play a vital role in enhancing student outcomes across multiple schools in Hanna, Alberta. This position requires a Bachelor's Degree and experience with various learning needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder and emotional regulation challenges. You will develop individualized behavior support plans and foster effective communication with classroom staff and families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Observe and assess student behavior and challenges
• Develop and monitor individualized behavior support plans
• Implement and provide programming for diverse learners
• Coach and support teachers and Educational Assistants
• Collaborate with families and other professionals
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related fields
• Experience with students with learning and behavioral needs
• Knowledge in Applied Behavior Analysis or similar approaches
• Valid driver's license for school travel
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
