As an Alberta Certificated Teacher, you will make a significant impact beyond traditional teaching. Collaborating closely with educators and campus leadership, your role will include mastering the Fueling Brains curriculum, coaching staff, and supporting children's learning needs. You'll drive high-quality programming and foster relationships with families, ensuring a seamless educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Become proficient in the Fueling Brains educational model
• Coach teachers on effective programming and delivery
• Develop educators toward mastery of teaching practices
• Support children's learning, assessments, and development
• Lead conversations with parents on children's progress
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Education (BEd) required
• Alberta teaching certification is essential
• Strong knowledge of curriculum and child development
• Experience in mentoring and coaching educators
• Confidence in building relationships with families
