Elevate early childhood education as a Lead Teacher at Fueling Brains Academy's New Brighton Campus. Guide children aged 19 months to 3 years through purposeful, Montessori-inspired activities.
As the Lead Teacher, you anchor the Left Brain homeroom and ensure a high-quality learning environment. You'll implement structured routines, engage kids with developmentally appropriate lesson plans, and foster executive function skills. This role involves collaboration with Group Educators to create a cohesive experience for both children and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily routines and structured learning blocks
• Design engaging lesson plans in line with executive function goals
• Foster a classroom environment that encourages problem-solving and curiosity
• Partner with Group Educators for seamless transitions
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with children aged 19 months to 3 years
• Valid Early Childhood Educator certification
• Familiarity with Montessori or Reggio Emilia methods
• Strong communication and leadership skills
