Step into a fulfilling role as a qualified Early Childhood Educator in our out-of-school care program. This full-time position emphasizes safety and emotional support for children.
Our team seeks an experienced Early Childhood Educator for our daycare center in Bow Valley. In this position, you will supervise children, document their progress, and facilitate engaging learning experiences. Additionally, you'll guide positive behavior and attend staff training sessions to keep updated with regulations and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and ensure children's safety
• Observe and document behaviors and activities
• Plan and facilitate engaging programs
• Guide children's behavior in a positive manner
• Attend training and workshops for best practices
Requirements:
• Valid qualification as an Early Childhood Educator
• Knowledge of Child Care Licensing Regulations
• Full availability from Monday to Friday
• Secure housing in the Bow Valley area
• Commitment to professional development through training
