Learning Systems & Instructional Design Expert

Drive impactful learning initiatives as a Learning Systems & Content Specialist with our client. This innovative role centers on creating training programs that enhance employee development and performance.

Collaborating with managers and subject matter experts, you will design practical learning experiences and develop diverse training content, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will lead the administration of a Learning Management System, while continuously improving materials based on learner feedback and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leaders for effective training strategies

• Develop training guides, e-learning modules, and SOPs

• Design onboarding programs and user-specific learning pathways

• Monitor training metrics and learner engagement data

• Recommend improvements in content and training methods

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in Learning & Development or Instructional Design

• Proven experience in creating engaging training content

• Strong project management and multitasking capabilities

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and similar tools
