Key Responsibilities:

• Assist children with personal care and daily routines

• Implement individualized strategies outlined in behavior plans

• Track observations and data on student behaviors

• Engage in planning meetings for collaborative strategies

• Prepare program materials under teacher supervision

Requirements:

• Educational Assistant Certificate or an equivalent qualification

• Minimum one year experience with students with behavioral challenges

• Certification in CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Adaptability to manage stressful situations effectively
