Intermediate Operations Training Advisor

Join UFA as an Operations Training Advisor, where you’ll enhance training programs that boost customer service and sales efforts. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and create impactful learning experiences.

In this intermediate role, you'll report to the Sr. Manager of Training & Business Solutions, focusing on targeted training that aligns with UFA’s business goals. You'll develop learning resources, coordinate training events including e-courses and in-person workshops, and support ongoing employee development. Strong agricultural or petroleum knowledge will help you succeed in delivering effective training solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate business training requirements with unit leaders

• Develop and deliver e-learning resources and instructor-led training

• Coordinate vendor and in-house training workshops

• Manage training program operations and administration

• Create and update training documentation

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Adult Education or related field

• 5 years of training experience preferred

• Knowledge of adult learning theory and e-learning design

• Strong communication skills to lead learners

• Valid driver's license and travel availability
