Fueling Brains Academy Center Director

Lead the early learning campus team at Fueling Brains Academy. This is a hands-on Center Director role focusing on operations, team development, and enriching child experiences.

As an experienced Center Director, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring quality early learning and a supportive environment for educators. Your leadership will foster strong child-families connections while maintaining compliance with licensing and safety standards. This role combines supervision of staffing and scheduling with creating engaging educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own daily operations and overall success of the center

• Lead, coach, and develop early childhood education team

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and enrollment effectively

• Ensure compliance with licensing and health standards

• Build strong family relationships and manage center communications

Requirements:

• 2–5+ years in licensed childcare or early learning

• Strong leadership and coaching experience

• Knowledge of childcare regulations and safety

• Degree in Education or related field

• Child Care First Aid & CPR certification willingness
