Position: Full-Time Child Facilitator for The Salvation Army
Become a Full-Time Child Facilitator with The Salvation Army, leading programs for children aged 6 to 12 in Calgary. Create a fun, safe atmosphere that promotes learning and growth.

This position requires strong program development and facilitation skills, along with volunteer coordination and client support. You'll engage with children and families, ensuring their needs are met through innovative programming and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate engaging and inclusive activities for children

• Train and manage volunteers effectively

• Prepare and submit program reports to management

• Collaborate with community partners for resource sharing

• Maintain high standards of confidentiality and compliance

Requirements:

• Two-year college diploma in child development

• Three or more years of relevant facilitator experience

• Police check and child intervention check

• Current first aid certification with level C CPR

• Familiarity with child educational resources
