The position is open at both K-9 Bridgeland and K-4 Ranchlands campuses. You will develop engaging curriculums and foster intellectual and personal growth in students from Grades 6 to 7. Collaboration with parents and staff is key to creating a nurturing learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality English and social studies instruction
• Create lesson plans that encourage academic success
• Foster students' discipline and respectful behavior
• Communicate student progress to parents regularly
• Supervise students during instructional periods and school trips
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Education or equivalent degree
• 1-2 years teaching experience in a related role
• Provincial teaching certification (e.g., Alberta Certified Teacher)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to professional development and mentorship
