Part-time, primarily weekday evenings and/or Saturdays

What You’ll Do:

Provide private vocal lessons to students of various ages and skill levels

Teach healthy vocal technique, breathing, pitch, tone, performance skills, and musicianship

Adapt lessons to each student’s goals, learning style, and musical interests

Help students prepare for recitals, performances, auditions, and exams when applicable

Maintain a positive, encouraging, and professional learning environment

Communicate effectively with students, parents, and our Music works team

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has strong vocal and musical skills

Has previous teaching experience or a strong interest in music education

Is comfortable teaching children, teens, and adults

Is patient, dependable, encouraging, and professional

Can teach a variety of contemporary and/or traditional vocal styles

Has formal music education or equivalent professional experience

Is available for a consistent weekly teaching schedule
