As the Infant Lead Educator, you will oversee daily learning and care for infants. This role requires an understanding of developmental stages, fostering a safe and engaging environment tailored to each child's needs. You'll work collaboratively with Assistant Educators, ensuring high-quality care and responsive relationships with families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the classroom and support Assistant Educators
• Plan sensory and movement-focused learning activities
• Provide relationship-based care to infants
• Manage daily routines including feeding and diapering
• Observe developmental milestones and adapt learning
• Communicate progress with families effectively
Requirements:
• Alberta ECE Level 2 or Level 3 certification
• Hands-on experience with infants required
• Strong understanding of responsive caregiving
• Confidence in classroom ownership and guidance
• Warm and patient approach to families and children
