Technical drilling training, CAMS assessments, and performance tools define this Technical Trainer assignment with Nabors. Travel is required for every working hour.
The Technical Trainer trains rig crews and onsite personnel safely and efficiently for Company and Customer expectations. Responsibilities include drilling software, NDS products, well control, and directional drilling maneuvers. The assignment supports Nabors operations through field, simulator, and virtual instruction.
Key Responsibilities:- Train rig crews and onsite personnel on drilling operations
- Conduct CAMS Records and Assessments for rig crews
- Monitor multiple rigs remotely using in-house software
- Provide simulator-based driller training and virtual classes
- Update training materials as products change
- Minimum four years as a Nabors Drilling USA Driller
- Strong Windows and Microsoft Office knowledge
- Competent knowledge of rig equipment and procedures
- First Aid and CPR training
- Current passport for international travel
