Teach Advanced Taxation at the University of Calgary through specialized personal and corporate income tax instruction. Classes meet in person or online as scheduled.
The Haskayne School of Business seeks a Sessional Instructor for Winter 2027 ACCT 423 LEC 03. The course extends introductory taxation through tax planning and specialized topics. Instruction includes Monday and Wednesday lectures, plus Friday tutorials, from January 11 to April 13, 2027.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach ACCT 423 Advanced Taxation during Winter 2027
- Deliver Monday and Wednesday lectures from 09:30 to 10:45
- Lead Friday tutorials from 12:00 to 12:50
- Cover personal and corporate income tax topics
- Teach tax planning and specialized taxation material
- Completion of a related undergraduate degree
- Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant designation
- Previous post-secondary accounting teaching experience
- Previous ACCT 423 teaching experience preferred
- Experience with Zoom, D2L, or digital education products advantageous
