Grade 3 Primary Homeroom Teacher

Teach Grade 3 at Rundle College K-6 as a temporary full-time Primary Homeroom Teacher beginning immediately. Apply strong planning and collaboration skills.
Rundle College seeks an experienced, enthusiastic teacher for its Primary team through June 30, 2027. You will provide core instruction in Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies while fostering engaging routines. The position emphasizes collaboration, flexibility, and a warm classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide learning experiences across four core curricular areas
Foster classroom routines that enhance student engagement
Create interdisciplinary units with grade team teachers
Establish a safe, caring, and respectful learning environment
Communicate effectively with students, parents, staff, and administration
Requirements:
Alberta Teaching Certification in good standing
Experience teaching in a Primary setting
Flexible, collaborative, and positive growth mindset
Ability to build strong educational partnerships
Recent vulnerable sector police information check required
Bring Grade 3 teaching, collaboration, and classroom care to Rundle College K-6’s Primary team through June 2027.
