, the drilling fluids division of CES Energy Solutions, is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and organized individual to fill the position of Workhub Administrator
. Workhub is a tracking software that will house training materials and competency records for the Drilling Fluids, Equal Transport, and Clear Environmental Solutions divisions. This role will be responsible for updating and maintaining data in Workhub and ensuring employees’ training and competencies are up-to-date and will regularly communicate with the Operations, Field, and Tech Services teams. This full-time position is located in Calgary, Alberta
, reporting directly to the VP of Operations, CES Drilling Fluids and indirectly to other divisional and team leaders.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Utilize Workhub software to track and maintain employee training and competency data.
- Coordinate and schedule employee training and competency evaluations.
- Maintain records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Regularly communicate with employees, supervisors, and management.
- Generate ad-hoc reports on user progress.
- Update user accounts, access, and facilitate Workhub training for new employees.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and assist users as needed.
- Update and organize Workhub content.
- General administrative tasks associated with Workhub.
- Other duties as required.
Required skillset:
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is considered an asset.
- Strong aptitude for details and accuracy.
- Must have excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work alone without direct supervision.
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task.
- Adaptable to changing environments.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
