Wind Blade Repair Technicians - Paid Flights + Accommodations Provided - Up to $50/hr - ON QC NB SK AB

Acuren Wind Canada Inc. is seeking Wind Blade Repair Technicians to join their team for the 2026 wind season. These technicians will travel to remote wind farm sites across Canada, performing inspection and repair of wind turbine blades. The ideal candidates are experienced in wind energy, comfortable working at heights, and eager to work in dynamic outdoor environments as part of a collaborative team.

• Competitive wages: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour (based on experience and certifications)

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the wind energy sector
• At least 1 year of hands‑on blade inspection and repair experience
• High School Diploma required
• Valid drivers’ license and clean driver’s abstract
• Ability to travel and work in remote locations across Canada for extended periods
• Physical ability to ascend heights up to 100m (330ft), lift up to 25kgs (50lbs), and work in confined spaces
• Proficiency with mechanized hand tools
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
• Must possess a valid Canada Open Work Permit and be eligible to work in Canada
• Ability to pass random drug and alcohol screenings
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts as required

• Technical Wind Certification
• Experience with a broad range of turbine platforms and blade types
• Lockout/Tagout, Fall Protection, Confined Space, and CPR certifications
• IRATA or SPRAT Certification, GWO Certification
• French language skills
