This travel-intensive role focuses on performing intermediate and advanced repairs, emphasizing safety and quality control. You'll oversee composite crew activities, mentor junior technicians, and contribute to developing robust maintenance plans. A key part of your role will be directly interfacing with clients to foster effective communication and adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed inspections and repairs on blades

Requirements:
