The Intermediate Land Representative acts as a central expert in project teams, leading land acquisition and access activities for pipe integrity projects. You will work closely with legal and regulatory departments, as well as external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with all applicable requirements. Your significant experience in land management will be essential in coordinating and executing effective land strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute landowner engagement and acquisition activities
• Identify and mitigate land requirements and risks
• Serve as the primary land contact within project teams
• Manage costs, forecasts, and vendor performance
• Develop strategies for resolving complex land issues
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years of land experience in energy
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
