NSB Omega is hiring an experienced Field Operator in Calgary, AB, to oversee oil and gas asset operations from an office setting. Monitor field activities while ensuring compliance and efficiency.

In this pivotal role, the Field Operator will support operations for a leading oil & gas client. Candidates should possess more than two years of relevant experience and have a solid foundation in oil and gas production processes. Key skills include effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor field operations and equipment via reports

• Collaborate with maintenance teams for continuity

• Assess production data and well operating conditions

• Record daily production volumes and downtime events

• Assist in troubleshooting and emergency response efforts

Requirements:

• High school diploma or technical equivalent

• 2+ years in field operations or related areas

• Knowledge of safety practices and production processes

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset
