Wind Operations Controller

As a vital member of the Remote Operations Center, you will monitor wind and solar asset performance while diagnosing operational issues. Effective communication and collaboration with field personnel and engineers will be essential for maintaining operational integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor real-time performance of wind, solar, and substation assets

• Diagnose turbine and inverter operational issues

• Coordinate corrective actions for improved reliability

• Ensure safety by monitoring abnormal conditions

• Report compliance obligations and regulatory communications

Requirements:

• Technical diploma in electrical or related field

• Up to 2 years in wind turbine operations

• Proficient in SCADA and monitoring technologies

• Strong understanding of power generation systems

• Excellent communication skills under pressure
