Wind Operations Controller

This full-time role focuses on managing the real-time operations of wind and solar plants. You will coordinate with senior controllers, carry out compliance reporting, and analyze performance data. Your expertise in SCADA and power generation systems will be crucial for effective problem-solving and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor 24/7 operations of wind, solar, and substation assets

• Diagnose and resolve operational issues through system data

• Implement corrective actions to enhance turbine availability

• Communicate abnormal conditions and manage safety protocols

• Collaborate to resolve transmission issues and reduce downtime

Requirements:

• Technical diploma in electrical program or related field

• Up to 2 years of experience in wind or power operations

• Knowledge of SCADA and regulatory compliance standards
