Step into a pivotal role as a Driller for Savanna Energy, where you'll manage the rig floor and lead a dedicated crew to success while ensuring industry compliance and safety.
Savanna Energy is looking for a skilled Driller to supervise drilling operations and ensure the safe and efficient functioning of equipment and crew. You will be responsible for conducting safety protocols, maintaining equipment, and developing team members. Success in this position relies on your ability to lead and organize effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily drilling operations and crew performance
• Lead safety meetings and participate in inspections
• Ensure adherence to company equipment standards
• Document operational activities and complete reports
• Mentor crew members for improved safety culture
Requirements:
• Prior Driller experience is mandatory
• Valid safety certifications including WHMIS and Rig Rescue
• Strong functional skills and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to navigate team dynamics and conflicts
