As part of ICE Western, you will serve as the main contact for client inquiries and technician support, ensuring efficient project execution. You’ll need a strong focus on customer service, technical troubleshooting abilities, and organizational skills to thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily activities of Field Service Technicians
• Ensure adherence to safety and health regulations
• Provide troubleshooting support for technical issues
• Manage scheduling and travel for field staff
• Prepare accurate work orders and timesheet reviews
Requirements:
• Technical experience in HVAC, electrical, or refrigeration
• Proven project coordination experience
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills
