HWN Energy Operator

Position: HWN Energy Contract Operator Opening
Become a Contract Operator with HWN Energy Ltd. and contribute to our operations in Alberta's gas industry. This position features a camp schedule, ensuring a balance of work and downtime.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be stationed primarily at the North Simonette facilities, focusing on the safe management and monitoring of gas treatments and field operations. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, managing water injection systems, and optimizing daily production while adhering to HSE standards. Your expertise in SCADA systems will enhance monitoring and alarm response capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the gas plant facilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance

• Manage data from SCADA for effective operations

• Ensure safe handling of sour gas streams

• Liaise with contractors and manage project supervision

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license

• 2-3 years of operational experience required

• GPO A-D or Trades ticket preferred

• Strong understanding of safety regulations

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
