Safety Management Advisor

Position: Arctic Arrow Safety Management Advisor
Become a Safety Management Advisor at Arctic Arrow, committed to safety across powerline projects in Western Canada. This role focuses on developing and maintaining excellent safety standards and worker training.

Reporting to the HSE Manager, your responsibilities will range from ensuring compliance with regulations to conducting detailed inspections and managing documentation. You will be working closely with crews, providing training and oversight to enhance safety operations. Effective communication is vital for achieving project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate safety meetings and maintain thorough documentation

• Conduct field inspections and emergency drills

• Manage crew training, orientations, and certifications

• Develop site-specific safety plans and protocols

• Interact with regulatory bodies as needed

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in safety management

• Relevant educational qualifications in safety or environmental fields

• CRSP preferred; NCSO required

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
