As an HSE Advisor, you will spend a substantial portion of your time working directly in the field, training frontline teams and supervising safety audits. This position is essential for developing a strong safety program, emphasizing on-site engagement and timely communication regarding safety standards and procedures within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the implementation of HSE management systems
• Conduct on-site trainings and provide coaching
• Participate actively in safety meetings and discussions
• Align safety programs with client requirements
• Develop and maintain HSE program components as needed
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant operational experience
• High School diploma is necessary
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety management practices
• Proven ability in training and coaching staff
• MS Office proficiency required
