TAQA North Exploitation Engineer

Elevate your engineering career with TAQA North as an Exploitation Engineer based in Calgary. Optimize oil production and asset management while collaborating with diverse teams.

This role reports directly to the Asset Manager and focuses on executing key development projects within the Central Asset Team. With your expertise in oil and gas and solid project management skills, you'll identify opportunities for optimization. Your contributions will include conducting economic evaluations, forecasting production output, and delivering substantial business value through effective budget management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Steward the execution of key exploitation projects

• Collaborate with technical professionals across disciplines

• Conduct production forecasting and economic assessment

• Formulate and implement depletion strategies

• Enhance project delivery through effective stakeholder communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

• 8 to 15 years in the Oil & Gas sector

• APEG P.Eng. designation

• Experience with industry software such as Excel and PowerBI

• Eligibility to work legally in Canada
