Experienced Operator

Position: Experienced Contract Operator Needed
HWN Energy Ltd. is hiring a Contract Operator for plant operations focused on efficiency and safety. This position is essential for daily support at well sites in Alberta.

As part of HWN Energy Ltd.’s dynamic team, the Contract Operator will work in the North Simonette area, following an 8 days on, 6 days off rotation. This hands-on role involves overseeing gas plant operations and SCADA monitoring. We seek candidates with a proven track record in running plant equipment and familiarity with H2S environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate gas plant and battery facilities effectively

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

• Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment

• Manage daily production reporting and optimization

• Facilitate training in CMDS safety practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of operational experience

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required

• Power Engineer certification preferred

• Experience with gas plant operations and SCADA systems

• Strong attention to safety protocols and procedures
