This Technician 3 role contributes to renewable energy projects through unsupervised maintenance, team leadership, and advanced diagnostic work. Candidates should be proficient in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, supporting full system installation and performance evaluations. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to ensure optimal asset performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform unsupervised, preventative maintenance on energy assets
• Execute live electrical work according to safety standards
• Conduct inspections on high-voltage systems
• Recommission energy assets with advanced testing methods
• Maintain accurate logs for project documentation
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two years' experience in renewable energy systems
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in safety regulations and industry standards
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
