As a member of the Technical Services Engineering team, you will monitor reliability trends and analyze fleet performance data to support operational excellence. Your recommendations will directly influence corrective actions and improve dispatch reliability. The position requires collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams and may involve travel for operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Compile and analyze monthly reliability statistics
• Investigate fleet issues and recommend improvements
• Develop maintenance program task cards
• Oversee data collection and performance reporting
• Support internal audits and maintain program compliance
Requirements:
• Aerospace Engineering degree or related
• Minimum six years of relevant engineering experience
• Knowledge of Canadian Air Regulations
• Familiarity with AMOS and Boeing systems is an asset
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
