Strathcona Resources Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Plant Operator to enhance its Lloydminster Thermal Operations team. Suitable candidates will hold a minimum of Third-Class Power Engineering Certification and possess hands-on experience in thermal oil operations. This position is pivotal in maintaining plant safety and efficiency while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor thermal processing equipment safely

• Conduct field rounds and inspections for accurate data

• Maintain stable operations to meet production targets

• Troubleshoot issues to optimize performance

• Report deficiencies and support MOC processes

Requirements:

• Minimum Third-Class Power Engineering Certification

• 5+ years in Oil and Gas (SAGD or CSS)

• Commitment to safety leadership and HSE programs

• Hands-on knowledge of OTSGs and thermal wells

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
