CM​/DM Specialist in Engineering at Raytheon

Raytheon Canada is seeking a CM/DM Specialist to support Engineering and Integrated Logistics Support efforts, ensuring configuration integrity and data compliance for complex systems. This role is foundational to project success.
As a candidate with a minimum of three years in configuration or data management, you will establish procedures, manage technical documentation, and ensure alignment with project management processes. Your precision and detail-oriented approach will support effective collaboration with engineering and ILS teams, impacting the project lifecycle positively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive CM and DM documentation

• Ensure configuration baselines align with program needs

• Manage all changes through the Configuration Status Accounting system

• Facilitate and document CCB process outcomes

• Track project progress through CM/DM metrics
Requirements:

• Technical post-secondary education or equivalent

• Proven experience in CM/DM, preferably in aerospace

• Proficiency in MS Office with strong data handling skills

• Bilingual English and French is a plus

• Compliance with security clearance requirements
