Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be tasked with on-site installation and maintenance of various Agilent and multi-vendor systems. You need to possess excellent troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in laboratory environments, as well as a passion for continual learning about new technologies. Customer satisfaction is paramount, and your proactive approach will help prevent service interruptions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, implement, and optimize hardware and software solutions
• Diagnose and resolve product performance issues
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on systems
• Advise customers on configurations impacting performance
• Train field engineers and customers on solutions
Requirements:
• Degree in science (chemistry, biochemistry, etc.)
• 4+ years in a laboratory environment
• Experience with spectroscopy, GC, LC, and GCP
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
