They are looking to add a Technical Account Representative who brings energy, curiosity, and a strong work ethic.

This is a career-building role designed for someone who is motivated to learn, take feedback, and grow into a long-term contributor. You’ll work alongside experienced account managers, engineers, and subject matter experts while learning how complex industrial projects are scoped, priced, and executed.

• Support account managers in reviewing and responding to customer RFPs and RFQs
• Review technical drawings, data sheets, and specifications to support proposal development
• Prepare estimates for new construction, maintenance, and repair projects
• Collaborate internally to validate scope, pricing, and execution strategies
• Coordinate with approved third-party vendors to support proposal requirements
• Help assemble competitive, professional proposals for both formal and informal inquiries

• Early-career professional or recent graduate with strong mechanical aptitude
• Postsecondary education in mechanical engineering, engineering technology, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in fast-paced, results-oriented environments (sales, operations, construction, manufacturing, customer-facing roles, etc.)
• Confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset
• Detail-oriented, organized, and technically curious
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Willing to travel to customer project sites as required

• Base salary: $75,000 – $90,000
