Project Manager – Mega‑Project

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the development and execution of a large‑scale coastal infrastructure project. The role begins with a 3–6 month development phase
, followed by full execution over a 2–3 year term
. This is a high‑impact position with significant autonomy, multidisciplinary leadership, and exposure to major capital delivery.

The PM will oversee early‑stage planning, execution strategy, engineering coordination, contractor management, and field execution. Regular travel to the project site will be required, along with occasional international travel for fabrication or vendor oversight.

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of a $500MM+ capital project from development through execution
• Build and drive execution strategy, project controls, and readiness planning
• Manage multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities
• Directly lead 1–3 project engineers and oversee 30–50 personnel during execution
• Manage contractors, vendors, fabrication yards, and international workshare partners
• Oversee change management across scope, cost, schedule, and interfaces
• Maintain strong alignment with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Provide field leadership during key execution windows
• Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant project delivery

• Strong multidisciplinary leadership across engineering, construction, and commissioning
• Demonstrated ability to operate with high autonomy
• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in evolving project environments
• Experience with coastal, marine, or remote‑region projects (ideal but not required)
• Ability to manage complex contractor and vendor relationships
• Willingness to travel regularly to site and internationally as needed
