Position: Regional Sales Manager - WEST (Industrial)

Travel Frequency

Position Summary

Regional Sales Manager - West (Industrial) - BC/AB/SK/MB) is responsible for managing and developing sales activities within an assigned geographic territory. The role ensures consistent execution of Aerzen Canada’s sales strategy by engaging OEMs, EPCs, end users, and channel partners in accordance with defined commercial and technical standards.

The position requires strong technical competence in rotating equipment and application engineering, combined with disciplined sales execution. Regional Sales Manager - West is accountable for understanding customer requirements, reviewing technical documentation, coordinating internal resources, and supporting the development of engineered solutions that align with Aerzen’s technical, commercial, and operational capabilities.

Qualifications Education & Experience (Required)
  • Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or related discipline), or equivalent demonstrated experience in rotating equipment
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or related roles within industrial markets
  • Experience working with OEMs, EPCs, distributors, and/or manufacturer representatives
  • Working knowledge of rotating equipment such as blowers, compressors, vacuum systems, or similar technologies
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and process documentation
  • Demonstrated capability to prepare and present structured, data-supported commercial justifications
  • Effective communication and professional relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications.
Preferred / Additional Assets
  • Experience with process air, gas handling, or vacuum applications
  • Experience selling engineered or packaged equipment solutions
  • Exposure to long-cycle capital equipment sales environments
  • Experience supporting or influencing technical specifications

  • Field-based role with regular presence at customer, OEM, and EPC locations
