If you are a Senior Architectural Designer who loves big ideas, smart details, and helping shape where the modular industry is headed, we’d love to have you on our team! You will work closely with a mix of engineering disciplines, supply chain, project management and plant partners, teaming up with the Architectural Design Manager to develop modular drawings for both our standard products and new, permanent modular buildings – like multi‑storey residential projects.

We are looking for someone who thrives in detail, embraces day‑to‑day collaboration with the plant and trades and consistently supports the design team to try new things and raise the bar. Your curiosity and problem‑solving mindset will help us continue improving how we draft, design and manufacture – always looking for smarter ways to work.

Beyond your technical strengths, you will be an essential catalyst for excellence within the Engineering Group. Your leadership will help shape a collaborative environment where quality drives efficiency and the team continue to evolve together. This is full time, permanent, in‑office role.

Review and approve shop drawings and vendor submittals.

Lead the coordination of architectural and structural designs with other disciplines (Electrical, Mechanical, Structural) to ensure seamless integration with the manufacturing process.

Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes (Canadian and US), standards, regulations, and procedures.

Communicate effectively with third‑party consultants such as architects, energy code and building envelope engineers.

Develop of new and standard work architectural and structural details.

Mentor junior designers.

Collaborate daily with the plant—to improve designs and construction processes.

Continuously develop the Engineering Standards, Drawing Standards, and Templates with the team and the BIM Specialist.

Operate within the ISO Quality system and the company safety policy in all phases of assignments.
