Drive innovative geotechnical projects as an Intermediate Geotechnical Engineer in our Calgary office. Engage with exciting challenges in tailings management, environmental compliance, and mentoring emerging engineers.
This role calls for your specialized knowledge as you lead and coordinate projects within a collaborative team. You will partake in various crucial assignments, focusing on dam safety, environmental impacts, and client relations. Your technical skills will be vital in accomplishing designs, reports, and field investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate geotechnical engineering projects
• Lead design and analysis relating to tailings and dam safety
• Supervise field investigations and testing initiatives
• Establish and nurture relationships with clients
• Occasional travel throughout Western and Northern Canada
Requirements:
• Must be a Professional Engineer registered in Canada
• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's in a related field
• At least 5 years of related work experience
• Expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D and GIS needed
• Excellent written and verbal skills for reports
