In this full-time role, you will lead testing for passive cold plate loops and rack manifolds, focusing on validating the performance and reliability of electromechanical systems. You'll utilize your analytical abilities to create effective test strategies, evaluate design documents, and support engineering improvements through troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement qualification test plans for new products

• Conduct thermal tests and validate material compatibility

• Analyze testing data to recommend design improvements

• Maintain accurate test logs and technical documentation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for corrective actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• At least 3 years in a testing or engineering role
