Senior Technical Advisor at GE Steam Power

Take a leadership role as a Senior Technical Advisor in Ontario’s GE Steam Power Nuclear sector. Engage with customers and ensure high-quality outage services and upgrades for steam turbines.

In this senior role at Bowmanville's Darlington Nuclear Generating Station, you will showcase your technical expertise and leadership. You'll manage complex outages of steam turbines and generators while maintaining strong customer relations. Your responsibilities will include project planning, risk management, and effective communication with teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as SME for installation/maintenance services

• Lead outage planning and resource management

• Coordinate Design Engineering and customer site work

• Develop and oversee project schedules and cost plans

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years experience

• Minimum 5 years in a customer-facing power generation role

• Familiarity with Alstom BBC steam turbines

• Willingness to relocate to Bowmanville, ON

• Ability to manage customer issues, day or night
