Position: Senior Consultant for Underground Projects
Sargent and Lundy invites applications for a Senior Consultant role specializing in underground transmission line projects. This hybrid position demands strong leadership and project management skills.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for managing project execution, from planning through completion, while maintaining client relationships. Your extensive experience leading design teams will be pivotal in ensuring project performance meets safety, budget, and schedule requirements. You will also focus on mentoring team members and improving project outcomes through effective communication and risk control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project lifecycle management and reporting

• Lead and coach the project team effectively

• Submit technical reviews and performance solutions

• Manage stakeholder communications and expectations

• Analyze risks and implement control measures

Requirements:

• Accredited BS degree in engineering or business

• At least 10 years leading underground project initiatives

• Knowledge of relevant modeling and cable design

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Citizenship eligibility for U.S. export-controlled information
