You will lead quality initiatives within the Product Quality team, ensuring that all processes from concept to production are seamless and compliant.
Your role will also involve close collaboration with various teams to uphold superior product standards and swiftly address potential quality issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive and oversee quality planning for new products
• Manage APQP deliverables and ensure production readiness
• Conduct design reviews to identify quality risks early
• Support Lean initiatives and facilitate collaborative workshops
• Utilize statistical tools to analyze quality data
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
• At least 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing and validation
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
• Must have legal work eligibility in Canada
