Senior Advanced Quality Engineer Position

Join our Product Quality team as a Senior Advanced Quality Engineer, where your expertise ensures product quality throughout development. We seek candidates with a strong background in manufacturing and engineering processes.

The role is tailored for an experienced quality professional proficient in problem-solving and attention to detail. Candidates should have at least five years of quality engineering experience, including leading initiatives focused on product reliability and safety. Your work will significantly impact product launches, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive quality planning for New Product Introduction (NPI)

• Lead APQP deliverables including DFMEA and PFMEA

• Conduct design reviews to identify quality risks

• Develop Quality Control Plans for inspection methods

• Collect and analyze quality data to drive improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 5 years in Quality Engineering, 1 year in a senior role

• Strong understanding of fluid dynamics

• Must be eligible to work in Canada

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
