This exciting position is for a keen individual ready to collaborate on various transportation projects. As a Transportation Engineer-in-Training, you'll assist with traffic assessments and multi-modal analyses.
Your role includes hands-on technical work that builds foundational skills vital for effective project delivery and community enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing transportation analysis and plans
• Conduct traffic and safety assessments for local communities
• Gather field data and conduct site visits for project insights
• Create written materials and visuals for project support
• Help project managers with meeting organization and updates
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, ideally focused on transportation
• Registered or pursuing APEGA certification
• Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior transportation planning experience in Alberta is a plus
• Valid AB Driver's License; capable of handling field equipment
