Réalis is seeking an HSE Coordinator in Calgary to enhance project safety and compliance. Use your expertise to develop HSE solutions and train project teams for optimal safety.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring safety by mentoring staff and subcontractors. You will implement the Project Safety Management Plan, lead training programs, and perform site inspections to achieve compliance and high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver HSE inductions and training sessions

• Train staff on site observations and incident reporting

• Conduct internal audits and safety assessments

• Review Job Hazard Analyses and Safe Work Procedures

• Maintain comprehensive records of safety activities

Requirements:

• High school diploma plus Occupational Health & Safety certification

• At least 5 years of relevant HSE experience

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• CRSP designation is preferred

• First Aid/CPR certification preferred
