Calgary HSE Advisor - Field Operations

Elevate the safety standards as an HSE Advisor in Calgary, Alberta with SECURE. Focus on frontline safety support and program development to ensure operational excellence.

This role includes providing critical health and safety guidance to field operations, ensuring a robust safety culture across the organization. Your responsibilities will involve training, auditing, and direct engagement with employees in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to align SECURE's safety program with compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver field support to enhance SECURE’s safety management systems

• Spend at least 50% of your time in active operation sites

• Develop safety communication and engage in meetings

• Perform job hazard assessments and facilitate training

• Collaborate with contractors to meet safety expectations

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in operations

• High School Diploma

• Practical knowledge in training staff on safety

• Familiarity with HSE regulatory principles

• Proficient with MS Office programs
