Key Responsibilities Review and check civil engineering plans for compliance
Assess traffic control plans and approval conditions
Coordinate with contractors and municipal departments
Support construction management and address field issues
Prepare technical documents and project reports
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Preferred 5 years of skilled experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
Familiar with CEQA and local regulations
Solid organizational and communication skills
