Project Manager for Hardware Innovations

Lead cutting-edge drilling fluid measurement projects at Pason as a Project Manager.

Your role involves guiding a team through the entire product development lifecycle in a dynamic environment.

In this position, you'll manage multiple hardware projects for the oilfield industry while collaborating closely with Mechanical, Electrical, and Firmware engineers. The role requires well-honed leadership and communication skills, utilizing your technical knowledge to contribute to innovative solutions. You’ll engage with product management, refine ideas, and ensure project delivery meets both customer needs and Pason's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple hardware projects simultaneously in the oilfield

• Collaborate across the project lifecycle with engineering teams

• Drive project risk management and encourage innovative input

• Facilitate a creative and energizing work environment

• Gather insights from Product Management and Sales teams

Requirements:

• 3-5 years as a hardware project manager

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Knowledge of sensor research and rugged hardware

• Self-starter able to navigate uncertainty

• Experience with contract manufacturing is an asset
